Dr. Fabian Benjamin has shed light on how to check JAMB result for 2022 in a recent public statement. To check your JAMB result, simply text UTMERESULT to 55019. For clarification, simply open your SMS app on your phone, text UTMERESULT and send to the number 55019.

In a statement made by the government of Abuja the previous Saturday the minister said that JAMB has not posted the results to its website. He urged applicants to verify their results by using an SMS number.

Make sure you have credit on your phone before trying it. The SMS cost N50 per session.

Although, the reason why the results are yet to be uploaded is undisclosed but the exam body states that the SMS means for students to get their result shows committment in ensuring ease of access. Students are however warned against fraudsters who might want to use the opportunity to mislead students using same SMS tactics. The only means of checking the result for now is through SMS mentioned above.
