The HND Conversion Program was launched by Kwara State University’s administration in an effort to bridge the gap between B.Sc. and HND credential holders.
The HND Conversion Program was launched by Kwara State University’s (KWASU) administration in an effort to bridge the gap between B.Sc. and HND credential holders. By offering a Bachelor’s degree program, the main goal is to level the playing field for HND holders who are dedicated to combat workplace discrimination.
This initiative also gives university graduates who have been unhappy with their degree’s class the opportunity to “top up” and do better.
In a similar spirit, this program offers the chance for a university degree holder to transition into other related areas. The program’s ultimate goal is to encourage self-actualization and foster professional fulfillment.
This program is intended to encourage self-actualization and to solve the disparity between those who hold a B.Sc. and those who hold an HND certificate by offering a platform on which someone with a university degree might “top-up” and perform better.
A university graduate who wants to transition into any other relevant discipline is also given the chance through this program.
For admission to its Top-up Degree and HND conversion Program, Kwara State University Institute of Professional and Continuous Education seeks qualified applicants.
